Start with a 'Market Analysis'

For whatever reason, if you are thinking of selling your home, vacation property, vacant land, or any other type of real property - one of the best places to start is to see what it will sell for. Although there is a great deal of information available through your local municipality to try and find sales information - most people find it's easier to work with a REALTOR® or Appraiser to find out the value of your property.

The service we provide is usually referred to as a "CMA" (or Comparable Market Analysis). You may also hear this referred to as a "Highest Selling Report", "Market Report", "House Price Evaluation", etc. The purpose of this report is to use sales information of homes that are comparable to your own - combined with other factors present in the market to establish a price that you home should be able to sell for. As an added benefit, we also calculate the "Absorption Rate" in your area to help give an indication of how long it might take for the property to sell.

Why Use A Broker
